At Glow Her, we want you to feel supported and empowered. Because we provide digital resources and community access that are available immediately upon purchase, we have established the following guidelines regarding refunds.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales for the Glow Her Book and other downloadable resources are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital file has been purchased and the download link has been sent or accessed, we cannot “reclaim” the product; therefore, we cannot offer a refund.
If you experience any technical issues with your download, please contact us via our Contact Form, and we will ensure you receive a functional copy of your purchase.
Our community is a space for ongoing growth and connection.
Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the community and resources until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month or mid-year cancellations.
Trial Periods: If a membership includes a “trial period,” you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the full term.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, especially during major transitions. While our standard policy is “no refunds” for digital assets:
Duplicate purchases made in error will be refunded in full.
If you believe there has been a billing error or an unauthorized charge, please reach out to us within 14 days of the transaction so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
To protect the healing environment of Glow Her, we reserve the right to remove any member who violates our community guidelines (e.g., harassment or breach of privacy). If a membership is terminated by us due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be issued for the remaining duration of the membership.
All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). Glow Her does not store your credit card information on our servers. Refunds, when granted, will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
